<br />. <br />. <br /> <br />EXtract of Minutes of, Meeting <br />of Village council <br />Village of Arden Mills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held in the Village Hall, 1450 west Highway 96, in said <br /> <br />Village on Monday, the 27 day of <br />8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />J u 1 y <br /> <br />. 1970, at <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen <br />Hollenhorst, Henderson, Herrick, Olmen <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman 0 I me n <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />GRAY pax ROAD IMPROVBMJD1'1' <br />DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />~ WHEREAS, contracts have been let for <br />Gray Pox RoIld IIIprov_nt of the Village of Arden Hills, <br />in tIle area described in the legal notice thereof and the reso- <br />lution thereto, and the contract price for such improvement is <br />$ 38 000 and the other expenses incurred or to be incurred <br />in t'he making of said improvement amount to $ 4,000 so <br />that the total cost of the improvement will be $ 42,000 , <br />and of this cost the Village will pay $ 2,300 as its share <br />of the cost. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved 'rJy the Village Council of <br />the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br />
