GRAY HENDERSON - Municipal Lands & ~uildlngs and <br />Fjni;)o(:e <br />Series I and 2. 1968 Improvement Bonds <br />Councilman Henderson requested Mrs. Stromquist to confer with Fiscal <br />Agent Peter S. Popovich regarding refinancing for temporary Improvement <br />bonds of 1968.Sorlos J and 2. <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau requested the Finance Committee study the matter and <br />obtain another fiscal agent's opinion regarding such financing on <br />both a temporary and permanent basis. <br /> <br />V ill age Ha II Proposed Add I t Ion , <br />Mrs. Stromquist advised the Council of preliminary estimates received <br />for a 30' x 35' addition to the Village Hal!. using similar construction <br />to the present bui Idlng; <br /> <br />Bob Peterson <br />Larry McGough <br /> <br />S22,OOO <br />Si8.900. <br /> <br />Councilman Henderson read the recommendations from the Municipal Lands <br />and Sui Idings Committee. Mayor Crepeau agreed with Dr. Woodburn's <br />recommendation to obtain an architect's feasibility report on the <br />addition; matter referred to Mrs. Stromq~ist to contact Tom Horty <br />and request that he prepare a plan and report. <br /> <br />1969 Audit Report <br />Councilman Henderson read the recommendations of the George M. Hansen <br />Company regarding !969 Village Audit Report; the items were discussed <br />by the Council and requested that copies of the report be sent to <br />the Justices of the Peace. <br /> <br />REPORT OF COUNCILMAN STAN OLMEN - Public Works <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />REPORT OF MAYOR HENRY J. CREPEAU, JR. - General Government & PublIc <br />!.lafety <br />Appointment of LeQa~ Newspaper , <br />Councilman Hoilenhorst moved that the New Brighton Bulletin be appointed <br />as the Arden Hills legal newspaper until December 31. 1970; seconded <br />by Councilman Henderson; voting in favor: Councilmen Olmen. Holtenhorst, <br />Henderson; opposed: Councilman Herrick.
