<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />60 <br /> <br />Extract of l'inues of Iieeting <br />of the Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />County of Hamsey <br />State of I"innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br /> <br /> <br />County, t1innesota, ,~as o.uly held at the Village Hall at 1450 <br /> <br />,'.;est Higll'...ay 96, St. Paul, "'innesota, on 1<londay, the 29 day <br /> <br />of June, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock P.r',. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst, <br />Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />r.ounci lm~n OlmAn introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATH1G TO APPORTIONNENT <br />OF ASSESS;lliNTS RELATING TO STREET <br />I,PROVK'ENT NO. 2 (60-2) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, ninnesota, as follm~s: <br /> <br />,"HEREAS the assessment roll for Street Improvement No. 2 <br /> <br />(60-2) as last finally amended and adopted on October 10, 1960, <br /> <br />was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County <br /> <br />on December 12, 1960 for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1961, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS parcels of property as contained in the original <br /> <br />assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and conveyed <br /> <br />by property olvners, and <br /> <br />,nIEREAS the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of original assessment against each original tract <br />where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the <br /> <br />proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, after the same has been conveyec <br /> <br />and divided, to commence with the assessment to be collected in the <br /> <br />year 1961 and thereafter. <br />
