RECOMMENDATIONS <br />1 . Ramsey County proceed to acquire as part of the Ramsey County Open <br />Space System the 55.93 acres complimenting the United States Fish <br />and Wildlife Service property at Round Lake. <br />2. Ramsey County enter into a Cooperative Management Plan with the <br />United States Fish and Wildlife Service to enhance the total <br />value of both the Federal and proposed County land for people <br />and wildlife.
