Active Participation: • Attend committee meetings regularly and be prepared to contribute thoughtful input. • Listen attentively to other members' perspectives and engage in open dialogue. Decision-Making: • Base decisions on the best interests of the community and park system, considering all relevant factors. • Respect the majority vote while ensuring minority viewpoints are heard. Ethical Conduct: • Adhere to all local laws, regulations, and park district policies. • Report any suspected violations of ethical conduct or policy breaches to the appropriate authority.
