The development plan currently being implemented by the <br />owner makes no provision for public recreational facilities <br />although it does include a two acre private park. Since <br />essentially all land in this area is already developed or <br />111 being developed , there appears to be no way at this time for <br />the Village to meet the basic standard for the neighborhood . <br />Further study of all possible alternatives is mandatory .
