From this point the field should be graded at a I % to <br />2N dror in elevation , extending toward the North East . <br />The football field and outfield should be covered with a hardy <br />cultured sod . <br />The infield area should be constructed with an agriculturial <br />lime infield mixture material to the depth of 4" . <br />All rubber 'Say-A.-Leg" home plate and pitchers rubber should <br />be instal led . <br />VI . 4 Tot Lot Areas and Earth Mound <br />it is recommended that the play apparatus in each tot lot area <br />consist of at least : <br />I slide - 10 to 13 feet . <br />I swing with two seats <br />2 coil type spring riders <br />The earth mound should be at least 15 ' in heights and sloped so <br />it can be used for climbing and rol l ing down in summer , and <br />sliding in winter.
