<br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />and conveyed by previous property owners: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br /> <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be <br /> <br />made by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, in <br />order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County <br />Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing <br />with an assessment to be collected in the year 1963 and there- <br /> <br />after: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an error was made in connection with an apportion- <br /> <br />ment resolution adopted by the Village Council on March 30, 1970 <br />relating to Division No. 41311 by inadvertently apportioning <br />$180.00 instead of the original assessment of $60.00: <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills does hereby correct said apportionment as follows: <br /> <br />Original Assessment: <br /> <br />A. Arden Hills No. 2 <br />W 1/2 of Lot 8 and all of <br />Lots 5, 6 and 7, Blk. 3 <br /> <br />$60.00 <br /> <br />Division No. 41311 <br /> <br />Apportionment: <br /> <br />1. W 1/2 of Lot 8 and all of <br />Lots 6 and 7, Blk. 3 <br /> <br />0.00 <br />60.00 <br /> <br />2. Lot 5, Blk. 3 <br /> <br />The Clerk Administrator of the Village of Arden Hills is <br /> <br />hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu- <br /> <br /> <br />tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by <br /> <br />Counci Iman Olmen <br /> <br />, and, upon vote <br /> <br />., <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />A II present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
