<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTIoN RE NON-CONSERVATION <br />TAX FORFEITED LAND PARCELS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County COlIllIIissioners of Ramsey County <br /> <br />by resolution dated Au~ust 25, 1969, classified as non-conservation land, <br /> <br />certain land lying within the limits of the Village of Arden Hills, which <br /> <br />lands are described as follows: <br /> <br />Auditors Subdivision No. 80. Ralllaey County. Minnesota <br />Subject to easement, the east 19 feet of the west 696- <br />75/l00 feet measured from the vest line of Government <br />Lot 3, of the south ll4 feet of Lot 6 <br /> <br />Mounds Center <br />Subject to highway and easements, Lot 9, Block 4, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resolution to- <br /> <br />gether with a list of the land classified has been submitted for approval <br /> <br />of the classification and sale of the land classified in accordance vith <br /> <br />MSA, Section 282.01, Subd. 1; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification of the <br />land shown on said list and described above as non-conservation <br />land and the sale thereof be and it hereby is approvedl and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk-Administrator be <br />and she hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this <br />resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner. <br />
