As <br />you are aware, the previous method of payment for general <br />engineering services was on the basis of payroll cost plus 100 <br />per cent of the payroll cost. We are proposing to use the same <br />basis for determining charges for the work with one exception; <br />payment for evening meetings shall be a fixed charge. <br /> <br />Our proposal for general engineering services is as fo11ows: <br /> <br />A. Attendance at regular council meetings or <br />special evening meetings................. $35.00 per meeting <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />B. Engineering reports, plans and specifications <br />for minor utilities expansions, surveys and <br />miscellaneous engineering work........... Payro1 Cost x 2.00 <br /> <br />C.
