Inspections & Compliance Checks <br />Local governments are permitted specific business inspection and compliance check <br />authorities, in addition to —and not in conflict with—OCM authorities. <br />Inspections and Compliance Checks (342.22) <br />Local governments must conduct compliance <br />checks for cannabis and hemp businesses <br />holding retail registration at least once per <br />calendar year. These compliance checks must <br />verify compliance with age verification <br />procedures and compliance with any applicable <br />local ordinance established pursuant to 342.13. <br />OCM maintains inspection authorities for all <br />cannabis licenses to verify compliance with <br />operation requirements, product limits, and <br />other applicable requirements of Chapter 342. <br />of— <br />W <br />1W <br />I M <br />ar: <br />
