<br />r <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council, Village of Arden Mills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re9ular meeting <br /> <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ramsey <br /> <br />county, Minnesota, was duly held at the village Hall at 1450 <br /> <br /> <br />West Highway 96, S,t. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 30 day <br /> <br />of March, 1970 at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst, <br />Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Counci Iman Hol lenhorst _ introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO <br />STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Street Improvement No. 3 <br /> <br />as last finally amended and adopted on October 29, 1962 was <br /> <br />filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey county on <br /> <br />November 30, 1962 for the purpose of including installments <br /> <br />thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing <br /> <br />in 1963, and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, parcels of property as contained in the original <br /> <br />assessment roll as certified, have since been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by property owners, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of original assessment against each original tract <br /> <br />where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed be made by the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the <br />
