<br />" <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the Village Council <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the village council of the Village of Arden Hills, Ra~ey <br /> <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village Hall at 1450 <br /> <br />West Highway 96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on MondaYI the 30 <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />March, 1970, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Crepeau, Olmen, Hollenhorst, <br />Henderson and Herrick <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Counci Iman Hollenhorst <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT <br />OF ASSESSMENTS REIATING TO SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO.6 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the village of <br /> <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement <br /> <br />No. 6 as last finally adopted on November 1, 1963, was filed and <br /> <br />certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 3, <br /> <br />1963, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be <br /> <br />collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1964: and <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property <br /> <br />Co <br /> <br />contained within said assessment roll have been divided and <br /> <br />conveyed by previous property owners: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that <br /> <br />apportionment of the original assessment against each original <br /> <br />tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made <br /> <br />by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order <br />
