RESOLUTION At a (regular) (a"ft< a1) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills duly held on the 9th day of , 1970, the March following Resolution was offered by John Ho lien ho rs t Councilman seconded by Ronald Herrick , Councilman to-wi t: WIlEIlElS the COIIIIIiseioner of Highways has prepared plans, special provisions and specitications for the improvt!llll!Ilt of the North Metro Drivers License ~am<nation Station within the corporate limits of the Village of Arden Hills; and WHEIlEAS said plans are on file in the office of the Department of Highw~e, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being ~ed labeled, and identified as S.P. 6200-00A (Bldg. No. 92035); and WHEREAS said special provisions are on file in the office of the Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as S.P. 6200..QOA (Bldg. No. 92035), which together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1968, and supplemented July 1, 1969, on file in the office of the Commissioner of Highways, constitute the specifications for said improvement of the North Metro Drivers License Examination Station; and WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the Village Clerk; and WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the foregoing recitals particularly identified and described. NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and special proV1sJ.ons for the improvement of the North Metro Drivers License ~1r..m;1'lation Station wi thin the limits of the Village of Arden Hills be and hereby are approved.
