Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter; commencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1965 and thereafter 1 and WHEREAS an error was made in the amounts of the original assessment and the apportionment of assessment in the resolution adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills on December 8, 1969 in connection with Division No. 041162 of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.7. NOW, THEREFORE, the Village Council of the village of Arden Hills does hereby make the following corrected apportionment of original assessments as contained in said assessment roll of October 26, 1964 against the following described properties: Original Assessment: A) Shady Oaks Addition E 700 ft of S l50 ft of SE~ of Sec 28, T 30, R 23 and in sd Shady Oaks Addn ex E 215 ft of W 245 ft of N 150 ft of Lot 5, Block 5. $793.50 Division 041162 Apportionment: l) Shady Oaks Addition E 700 ft of S l50 ft of SE~ of Sec 28, T 30, R 23 and in sd Shady Oaks Addn ex N l50 ft lying E of W 30 ft of Lot 5, Block 5. $207.00 2) N l50 ft ex W 245 ft of Lot 5, 13lock 5. $586.50 The Village Clerk of the Village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnes~. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counci Iman Hollenhorst, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Aii present and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
