<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />CODll!fi OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE- OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AI.ITllOIUZlNG APPLICATION RY THE <br />VlLLAGE OF AR.DEN HILLS FOR CONVEyANCE OF <br />TAX-FORFEITED LANDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1) The following land located in the Village of Arden Hills <br />is tax~forfeited and the Council of Arden Hills desires <br />to acquire the same for use by the Village for park purposes, <br />all in accordance with Section 282.01 of Minaesota Statutes <br />Annotated. <br /> <br />2) The Mayor and Clerk~Administrator of the Village of <br />Arden Hills are hereby autho~ized and directed to ~ke <br />application for conveyance of the following parcels <br />of land to the Village of Arden Hills for said park <br />purposes, all pursuant to the provisions of Section 282.01 <br />aforesaid; <br /> <br />Auditor's Subdivision No. 80. RaDlsey Co.
