<br />, <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS "RE WATER IMPROVEMENTS 68-2 AND 68-3, <br />BUD WS-MINN-Ql, NAMING OFFICIAL DEPOSITARY, AUDITOR <br />AND AUTHORIZED "REPRESENTATIVE <br /> <br />"RESOLVED, that the First National Bank of St. Paul is hereby designated <br />as the depositary for all funds to be received for the account of the <br />Village of Arden Hills from the U. S. Treasury Department resulting <br />from the aforesaid Contract No. WS-~-91, the post office address <br />of said bank being Robert and 4th Streets, St. Paul, Minnesota, 55101. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER "RESOLVED that the George M. Hansen Company, South <br />Plaza Building, Gamble Center, Minneapolis, Minnesota, 55416, is <br />hereby designated as the official auditor for the Village of Arden <br />Hills on the aforesaid Contract WS-MINN-91. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTIlER "RESOLVED that R. W. Bjorndahl, former Mayor of Arden <br />Hills, shall continue as the authorized representative of the <br />Village of Arden Hills for the purpose of handling correspqndence <br />anddiscuuiOl1S with the Housing aAd Urban Development Department <br />on the aforesaid contract WS-MINN-91, with the Administrator, <br />village attorney and village engineers to assist with correspondence <br />from time to time to the extent permissible by the DepartmeAt. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER "RESOLVED that the aforesaid R. W. Bjorndahl, the <br />Clerk-Administrator Lorraine Stromquist and Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, <br />Jr. be and they hereby are authorized and directed to complete and <br />file such forms as may be required to effectuate the foregoing <br />resolutions. <br /> <br />Passed by the Council of Arden Hills this 12th day of January, 1970. <br /> <br />>.'~ <br />
