The Clerk Administrator of the village of Arden Hills is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Henderson , and, upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All pre.ent and the following voted against the same: None whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
