6. Payment and Damages <br />6.1 Term of Contract <br />The term of the new recycling contract will be either a period May 5, 2025, through May 4, 2028, (three <br />year) or a period from May 5, 2025, through May 4, 2030 (five year). Respondent must submit pricing <br />proposals for both scenarios. The City may, at its sole option, consider extensions to the contract. <br />6.2 Revenue Sharing <br />All proposals shall state explicitly if the Respondent elects to participate in revenue sharing with the City <br />Respondents are encouraged to present a competitive Revenue Share arrangement that provides <br />incentive for the City and the Contractor to increase recycling and development of end markets. <br />Respondents must state on the price worksheet the processing fee and what percent the net value will be <br />used to calculate the City's revenue share. <br />RFP for City of Arden Hills Recycling Services . 10 <br />
