The EMPLOYER will have the <br />right to hire employees at different steps and will have no obligation to adjust existing union <br />employees pay rate to match new employees. <br />B. Employees employed by the EMPLOYER on a temporary basis for no more than nine <br />hundred -sixty hours (960) per calendar year, either in a full-time or part-time capacity, <br />will be paid at an hourly rate as determined by the EMPLOYER for the term of their <br />employment. Such employees will not be eligible for any rights or benefits under this <br />AGREEMENT, including Article V, "Employee Rights/ Grievance Procedure". <br />19 <br />
