Motion to Approve Cummings Park Pavilion Roof Replacement <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve the Consent Calendar as amended and to authorize <br /> execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br /> (5-0)• <br /> 6. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> A. Motion to Approve 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement—IUOE 49 <br /> Mayor Grant reported the Council would be addressing this item in closed session and the <br /> Special City Council meeting was recessed at 6:39 p.m. <br /> The City Council discussed the 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement in a closed session <br /> pursuant to M.S. 13D.03, Subd. 1(b) and 179A.01 to 179A.25. <br /> Following conclusion of the closed session, Mayor Grant reconvened the Special City Council <br /> meeting at 7:05 p.m. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to Approve 2025-2027 Collective Bargaining Agreement — IUOE 49, <br /> amending the document to pull the MOU for the Parks Lead, the Utilities <br /> Lead as well as pulling the Public Works Lead Pay Table and any other <br /> associated language changes as required. The motion carried (5-0). <br /> B. Motion to Approve Appointment of Joint Development Authority (JDA) <br /> Chair (2025-2026) <br /> Assistant to the City Administrator/City Clerk Hanson stated the Council had discussed this <br /> matter at a recent worksession regarding the appointment of Jonathan Wicklund for another two- <br /> year term as the JDA Chair. <br /> Councilmember Holden indicated she would not be supporting this item due to the fact Mr. <br /> Wicklund missed four of the last nine meetings. She explained Mr. Wicklund was the Chair under <br />
