Call To Order <br /> Mayor Aplikowski called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m. Present: Councilmembers David <br /> Grant, Brenda Holden, Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> Staff present: Administrator, Michelle Wolfe; Assistant City Administrator, Aaron Parish; <br /> Operations & Maintenance Director, Thomas J. General Meetinl! Minutes <br /> Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, City Administrator Michelle Wolfe, and Assistant City <br /> Administrator Aaron Parrish provided an update and overview of recent events related to the <br /> National Guard's presentation at the March work session. <br /> Mr. Bart Rehbein noted that there may have been some misconceptions about how things went <br /> subsequent to the March work session. He clarified that the developer is not purely interested in <br /> profit, acknowledged that the Development Team got out in front of the City, and indicated that <br /> they were concerned that the Council made a comment that this was two strikes and that this <br /> wasn't setting a positive tone for the relationship. Ultimately, the Development Team asks for <br /> the following: trust, cooperation, involvement, reaffirnlation of a vision for TCAAP, and <br /> respect. Mr. Rehbein also noted that the developer has an "open door policy" and they are more <br /> than willing to meet with the Council at any time as appropriate. <br /> Councilmember Holden requested clarification on the relationship between the City and the <br /> .
