Staff have not <br />received any public comments regarding this case. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on December 2, 2024. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by February 4, 2025 (60 <br />days). The City provided the petitioner with a written extension based on meeting schedules over <br />the winter holiday period for an additional 60-day review period, meaning the City must act on <br />this request by April 5, 2025.
