O&M Director <br /> Tom Moore will provide the City Council with a picture of the New Brighton pedestrian bridge. <br /> Councilmember Grant inquired if Arden Place submitted a proposal to the City for lighting <br /> improvements. <br /> City staff was not aware of a lighting proposal submitted by Arden Place. <br /> Mayor Aplikowski: <br /> e Mayor Aplikowski recommended that everyone view the art project being created on Gramsie <br /> Road. <br /> Guidant Corporation was recently sold to Johnson & Johnson Company.
