<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />~ <br />~~ILLS <br /> <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />FINAL <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />ORGANIZATIONAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, JANUARY 6, 2003, 5:30 P.M. <br />CITY HALL COUNCIL CfI~MBERS, 1245 WEST HIGHWAY 96 <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br /> <br />The Oath of Office was administered by Judge Gary Bastian to <br />Council member Beverly Aplikowski, who was sworn in as Mayor, and <br />Council members Lois Rem and Gregg Larson, who were sworn in as <br />Councilmembers. <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Beverly Aplikowski called to <br />order the Organizational City Council Meeting at 6:47 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Beverly Aplikowski, Councilmembers David Grant, <br />Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; Director of Community <br />Services, Aaron Parrish; Director of Operation & Maintenance, Thomas <br />Moore; Recreation Supervisor, Michelle Olson; City Accountant/Treasurer, <br />Terry Post; Deputy Clerk/Personnel Director, Cynthia Young. <br /> <br />2. OATH OF OFFICE <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski administered the Oath of Office to City Administrator, <br />Joe Lynch and City Treasurer, Terry Post. <br />
