. . . ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES February 10, 2003 9 Council member Holden noted she had received comments from residents regarding the tone of the TCAAP newsletter. Mr. Parrish replied staff would, in the future, present the TCAAP newsletter to the Council prior to distribution. Council member Aplikowski requested that in the future, the Advisory Committee have the opportunity to have a discussion either before or after any presentation. Council member Larson - None. Councilmember Rem - stated Northwest Youth and Family Services was having their Service to Youth awards this Thursday, February 13, 2003, at the John Rose Oval at 5:30 p.m. She noted a meeting with Ramsey County on February 12, 2003, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Highway 96. She requested the previous City Task Force plans be available for that discussion. She requested the City order her more City Council business cards. She also requested the City Hall phone number be placed on the cards. Mayor Aplikowski - indicated she would be at City Hall the first Wednesday of each month from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., if citizens wanted to meet with her. She requested a future meeting regarding how to deal with requests, comments, and suggestions made by citizens. She requested, in the future, files be maintained for each task force fonned. She indicated the Council still needed to complete Mr. Lynch's evaluation. The Council requested a copy of Mr. Lynch's contract and position description.
