ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES MARCH 31, 2003 2 Councilmember Larson requested the following changes: Page 3, March 17, 2003 Work Session Minutes, change consensus of the Council to majority of the Council. Councilmember Grant requested the following changes: March 10, 2003 Council Minutes, page 10, change should read that he requested more specific language to the Letter of Understanding. Page 12, second paragraph, add he invited Mr. Parrish to be an applicant in the process. Change they to read City Council in the next sentence. Councilmember Rem requested the following changes: March 10,2003 Council Minutes, Page 4, first paragraph under heading B, add to the last sentence: "He summarized the project overview, design, and cost issues and outlined a number of issues that Council was being asked to make decisions on this evening." Page 5, change the spelling of the name to Mr. Tolaas. Page 7, paragraph 5, beginning of Councilmember Grant, revise the first sentence as follows: "suggested moviFlg that the planned move of the entrance of North Heights Church. .." Second line of the paragraph should read a good site for an overpass, instead of an underpass. March 17, 2003 Work Session, page 4, 6th paragraph, add to the end of the sentence the following: "The consensus of the Council was that the construction of the park building be monitored carefully by the City." Page 5, third paragraph, change the sentence to read: The consensus of Council was to approach this issue later in the year commencing as a 2004 project". Councilmember Holden requested the following changes: None. Mayor Aplikowski requested the following changes: None. Mr. Parrish requested the following changes: None. MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a motion to approve the March 17, 2003 City Council Work Session and March 10, 2003 City Council Meeting Minutes, as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0).
