<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />APRIL 14,2003 <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to set a rate of $49/ft. for this property, The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated staff had reviewed the objection from Dave and Dawn <br />Gustafson, 1280 Ingerson Road and recommended denial. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to uphold staffs recommendation for <br />denial. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated staff had reviewed the objection from Michael and <br />Carrie Doody, 1300 Ingerson Road and recommended denial. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Holden <br />seconded a motion to uphold staffs recommendation for <br />denial. The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated staff had reviewed the objection from Robert <br />Woodburn, 1220 Ingerson Court and recommended denial. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to uphold staffs recommendation for <br />denial. The motion carried unanimously (5-0), <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated staff had reviewed the objection from Josephine Hills <br />Association and recommended change, <br /> <br />Council decided to discuss this later in the meeting, <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated staff had reviewed the objection from James L. <br />Danielson, 3238 North Hamline Avenue and recommended change, <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to uphold staffs recommendation for <br />change. The motion carried (4-1). ( Mayor Aplikowski) <br />
