The motion carried unanimously (5- <br />0). <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant stated the Parks, Trails and Recreation Committee would <br />like to come to a Council Work Session to discuss funding. He noted the <br />Maintenance Facility Task Force would have a meeting in the next few weeks to <br />review final plans regarding the Joint Maintenance Facility. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated the Newsletter Committee would be meeting to <br />discuss the TCAAP Bulletin, second edition. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the Council meet with the City's Environmental <br />Attorney regarding the TCAAP property. She asked for an update on the <br />
