April 21, 2003, Council Work Session <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant requested the following changes: April 14, 2003, Council <br />Meeting Minutes, Page 4, 4th paragraph, change Lovett to Leavitt. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following changes: April 14,2003, Council <br />Meeting Minutes, Page 7, second paragraph from the bottom, add after <br />Councilmember Rem (responding to another ofML McDonagh's concerns). Page <br />23, under her comments, add between requested and the following: correcting the <br />agenda to show the Mav 28, 2003, Council Meeting be held... April 21,2003, <br />Council Work Session, Page 5, 4th paragraph from the bottom, add between would <br />and be not attending... <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski requested the following changes: None. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Larson moved and Councilmember Rem <br />seconded a motion to approve the April 14, 2003, City Council <br />Meeting Minutes and the April 21, 2003, Council Work <br />Session, as amended. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />a. Claims and Payroll <br />b. 2003 Summer Hours <br /> <br />Ms. Young stated staff requested the Council approve the implementation of the <br />typical summer work hours for City Hall Staff as: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 <br />a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. - NOON. For Operations & Maintenance <br />Staff the summer work hours would be Monday through Thursday, 6:30 a.m. - <br />
