<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JUNE 9, 2003 <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated they could remove Ingerson Court from the PMP <br />project for further analysis, or they could keep the plan as it was. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson stated unless someone added an amendment or <br />Council feels they need to look at Mr. Woodburn's offer, they did have a <br />motion on the floor and they should vote on the motion. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />Ms. Swanson asked if this would affect the association project. <br /> <br />Mr. Brown replied it would not. <br /> <br />Mr. Woodburn stated there was insufficient parking in the area and there <br />were no other parking options available. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem suggested he talk to staff and see if there were any <br />additional parking options. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Executive Search (Administrator/Clerk) Update <br /> <br />Ms. Young updated the Council on the executive search for the <br />Administrator/Clerk's position. <br /> <br />Dr. Donna DeMenna, PDI, summarized the search process for the Council. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden summarized the criteria she used for her selection <br />process and indicated she selected candidate numbers 3, 8, 9, and 11. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson summarized the criteria he used for his selection <br />process and indicated he selected candidate numbers 6, 7, 8, and 11. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem summarized the criteria she used for her selection <br />process and indicated she selected candidate numbers 3, 5, 9, and 11. <br />
