Highway 96 underpass <br /> . Trail crossing on bridge over Highway 51 <br /> . Bridge over Hwy 10, a south route from Royal Hills Park <br /> . Trail along Old Snelling <br /> . Widen RR underpass on Old Snelling <br /> Large Projects <br /> . Perry Park building - first priority <br /> . Hazelnut Park building <br /> . Floral Park - small building or warming house <br /> . Valentine Park - small building <br /> . . Walking trail along County Road F and Valentine Lake Road connecting <br /> Old Snelling to Mounds View High School <br /> . Library Area Trail - trail connecting park area to the new library, along the <br /> marsh. The connection would ease foot traffic along County Road E. <br /> Medium Projects <br /> . Buckthorn removal along all trails and in all parks <br /> . Establish water within Valentine Park (Cummings & Perry are only parks <br /> that have water at present) <br /> . Picnic Shelters <br /> Motion: at its meeting on may 20, the PTRC discussed and unanimously adopted <br /> a motion recommending that the City Council spend the entire Park Fund on <br /> Large Projects in 2004 and 2005. <br /> . <br />
