Final Plat <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish stated applicant was requesting Final Plat approval to create one lot <br />zoned 1-1 Limited Industrial, from six lots zoned I-I Limited Industrial. He noted <br />the Planning Commission was recommending approval of the Final Plat with the <br />conditions as noted in staffs June 30, 2003 report. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Grant <br />seconded a motion to approve Planning Case No. 03-04, <br />Guidant Corporation, 4100 North Hamline Avenue, Final Plat <br />with the conditions as noted in staff's June 30, 2003 report. The <br />motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />6. COMMUNITY SERVICES <br /> <br />A. Guidant <br /> <br />i, <br /> <br />Development Agreement <br /> <br />Mr, Parrish presented the Development Agreement for Council's consideration <br />and approval. He stated staff recommended approving the Agreement and <br />executing the Public Trailway Easement and Public Trailway License documents. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Larson <br />seconded a motion to approve the Development Agreement and <br />authorize staff to execute the following related documents: <br />Public Trailway Easement and Public Trailway License. The <br />motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />B. PDI: Update on Administrator Search <br /> <br />Mr. Harry Brull, PDI Executive Search Consultant, updated Council on the <br />City Administrator Search, which included direction for Staff to interview <br />candidate Michelle Wolfe. <br />
