<br />ARDEN HILLS REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />JULY 28, 2003 17 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0) <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL REPORTS <br /> <br />Council member Holden <br />Stated the Newsletter Committee was meeting on Wednesday morning at 7:00 a.m. <br />She indicated she would bring the Arden Hills Library issue up at the meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson <br />None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem <br />None. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant <br />Stated the County Board would be meeting on August 5 to discuss the <br />maintenance facility. He noted the PTRC had met recently and the PTRC was <br />moving forward with plans and designs for the shelter at Cummings Park. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski <br />Stated Monday, August 4, the Ramsey County Board was meeting. She noted on <br />August 12 there was a groundbreaking ceremony for the Maintenance Facility. <br />She stated she could not be in her office at City Hall on August 6 until later and <br />requested a sign be posted indicating this. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden stated she would be in attendance until the Mayor could <br />show up. <br /> <br />Mayor Aplikowski stated the Met Council was hosting a meeting on July 30 at <br />3 :00 p.m. She thanked staff for their work and effort in bringing forward the <br />budget figures. She reminded everyone that the fireworks that were previously <br />cancelled were being rescheduled for Tuesday, August 5, at approximately 9:30 <br />p.m. at Tony Schmidt Park. <br /> <br />Mr. Parrish <br />. Stated they did not have anything scheduled for the August 11 meeting at this <br />time. He asked if the Council wanted to have the meeting, or if they wanted to <br />
