APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Grant reported Item 5A would require a closed session discussion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holden requested Items 5A and 5B be pulled from the Consent Agenda for <br />discussion as Items 6A and 6B. <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the meeting agenda as amended.
