Planning Cases

1.

Case #00-01, Bethel College, 3900 Bethel Drive, Special Use Permit
Amendment (Master Plan), and Site Plan Approval for Recreational Area

Ms, Randall explained that the applicant was requesting approval of an amendment to their
special use permit for Bethel College by updating the Master Plan, and Site Plan approval for an
athletic complex,

Ms, Randall presented Bethel College's current Master Plan and indicated that the southwest
portion across Highway 10 was not included in the original Master Plan, The Master Plan will
need to be updated with this property being added,

The Special Use Permit recorded document was last modified in 1978 with Planning Case 78-05,
The Special Use Permit has been modified throughout the years without modifYing the recorded
document.
