<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 28, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, <br />Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; Parks and Recreation Director, Tbomas <br />J. Moore; Fire Chief Dave Schreier, Deputy Fire Chief Tim Boehlke, District #1 Fire <br />Chief Scott Brandt, and Recording Secretary, Carla Wirth. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br />to adopt tbe agenda for the February 28, 2000, regular City Council meeting. The <br />motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. February 14,2000 Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />Coul1cilmember Grant requested tbe following corrections: <br /> <br />Page 3, 5th paragraph: "... over the last two years of more than $147,000 annuallv. . . ." <br /> <br />Page 8, 9th paragraph: "He suggested that the group establish a method to report. . ." <br /> <br />Page 16, 7'h paragraph: "... to move the tennis courts farther from the City property." <br /> <br />Page 18, Condition #13: "Trees, equivalent to tbe number of new trees being planted on the <br />north and west sides oftbe tennis courts, be divided and placed on both sides of the soccer <br />fields." <br /> <br />Page 19, 5th paragraph: "He indicated that he lives on Chatbam Avenue and felt. . ." <br /> <br />Page 26, 12th paragraph: "Mayor Probst stated that he was disappointed in having to accept tbe <br />impending resignation of Ms. Randall." <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested tbe following corrections: <br />
