<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 27, 2000 <br />7:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDERlROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, and following a closed executive session which <br />commenced at 6:30 p.m. and closed at 7:20 p.m., followed by a short recess, <br />Councilmember Larson reconvened the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, Gregg Larson, and <br />Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, .Toe Lynch; Public Works Director, Dwayne <br />Stafford; Parks & Recreation Director, Thomas Moore; Associate Planner, Nancy <br />Randall; and Recording Secretary, Mary Mullen. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Grant seconded a motion <br />to adopt the agenda for the March 27, 2000, regular City Council meeting, with <br />the following amendment: <br /> <br />Removal ofItems 5b and c <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. February 28, 2000 Regular Council Meeting <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Rem seconded a motion <br />to approve the meeting minutes of the February 28, 2000 Regular Council <br />Meeting, as presented. TIle motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />A. Claims and Payroll <br /> <br />B Parks and Recreation Committee, Chairperson Appointment <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Grant moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a motion <br />to approve the Consent Calendar and authorize execution of all necessary <br />documents contained therein. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />
