<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 10,2000 <br />7:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order the regular <br />City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Delmis Probst, Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant, <br />Gregg Larson, and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; Public Works Director, Dwayne <br />Stafford; City Accountant, Terrance Post; City Engineer, Greg Brown, BRW; and <br />Recording Secretary, Mary Mullen. <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Council member Larson seconded a <br />motion to adopt the agenda for the April 10 , 2000, regular City Council meeting, <br />as submitted. The motion carried unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. March 13,2000 Regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following changes: On page 6, last paragraph, 1 st line, note <br />that a section is missing following "however". On page 12, 3rd paragraph, replace "they live in <br />that neighborhood" with "it bencfits Lake Johanna". <br /> <br />Councilmember Rem requested the following changes: On page 5, 3rd paragraph from the <br />bottom, end of the 2nd line, replace "building" with "studio". On page 13, 2nd paragraph from <br />the bottom, 2nd line, replace "Wednesday" with "Thursday". <br /> <br />B. March 20,2000 COUl1cil Worksession. <br /> <br />Councilmember Larson requested the following changes: On page 3, top paragraph, 4th sentence, <br />delete" . . . that was prior to the proposed TCAAP road that is projected to exit from Hamline <br />and connection to the TCAAP road going north." On page 3, 5th paragraph, 1st line, replace <br />"pursue' with "review". <br /> <br />C. <br /> <br />March 27, 2000 Closed Executive Session Summary. <br /> <br />There were no changes requested. <br />
