<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MAY 30, 2000 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor Gregg Larson called to order a <br />Closed Executive Session at 6:35,m. <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Gregg Larson; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, <br />David Grant and Lois Rem. <br /> <br />Mayor Dennis Probst; City Administrator, Joe Lynch. <br /> <br />Also present were City Accountant, Terrance Post; Public Works Director, Dwayne <br />Stafford, and Parks and Recreation Director, Tom Moore. <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF MEETING <br /> <br />The purpose of the meeting was to consider Local 49 union contract negotiations, <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Councilmember Aplikowski moved and Councilmember Rem seconded the <br />motion to hold an Executive Closed Session of the Arden Hills City Council to <br />discuss union contract negotiations, The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br /> <br />There was no action taken, <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Rem moved and Councilmember Aplikowski seconded a <br />motion to recess the City Council Closed Executive Session at 7:23 p.m" <br />and reconvene at 7:30 p,m, for the regularly scheduled City Council <br />/I!l.~eting.
