<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 21, 2000 <br />5:45 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS/CONFERENCE ROOM <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Dennis Probst called to order a Special <br />Meeting/City Council Worksession at 4:45 p,m, in the City Council Chambers, <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, <br />Gregg Larson; and Lois Rem, <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember David Grant, who had previously notified Mayor Probst <br />of his inability to attend this meeting, <br /> <br />Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Treasurer, Terrance Post; Public <br />Works Director, Dwayne Stafford; and City Attorney, Jerry Filla, <br /> <br />PURPOSE OF MEETING <br /> <br />Mayor Probst, upon convening the meeting, adjourned to the City Hall Conference Room <br />for a Closed Executive Session to discuss pending litigation entitled, "Josephine East, <br />LLDC, a MN Limited Liability Corporation, Plaintiff; vs, Robert Wesslund, an <br />Individual, Dee Rushenberg, an Individual and the City of Arden Hills and through its <br />City Council, Defendants," <br /> <br />There was no action taken, <br /> <br />RECESS <br /> <br />Mayor Probst adjourned the Closed Executive Session at 5:53 p,m" and reconvened the <br />regular,jEity Co cil Worksession at 5:56 p,m, in the City Council Chambers, <br />jf <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />De' i <br />Mayor <br />
