MINUTES <br /> CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> CITY OF ARDEN ffiLLS, MINNESOTA <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> OCTOBER 30, 2000 <br /> 9:00 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION AND CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Dennis Probst closed the regular City Council meeting at 9:00 p.m. and moved <br /> into Closed Executive Session in the City Council Chambers, <br /> Present: Mayor Probst; Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, David Grant; <br /> Gregg Larson; and Lois Rem. <br /> Also present were City Administrator, Joe Lynch; City Treasurer, Terrance Post; and City <br /> Attorney, Jerry Filla. <br /> PURPOSE OF MEETING <br /> Mayor Probst convened the meeting for a Closed Executive Session to discuss pending <br /> litigation entitled, "Josephine East, LLDC, a MN Limited Liability Corporation, Plaintiff; <br /> . vs, Robert Wesslund, an Individual, Dee Rushenberg, an Individual and the City of <br /> Arden Hills and through its City Council, Defendants," <br /> There was no action taken. <br /> RECESS TO ADJOURN <br /> Mayor Probst adjourned the Closed Executive Session at 9:33 p,m. <br /> / <br /> . <br />
