Mayor Probst stated he would prefer <br /> inviting the delegation to hold a broader discussion with the Council placing priorities, inviting <br /> the Chairs of other City committees, and the entire membership of the Finance and Operations <br /> Committee. <br /> Mayor Probst stated Senator Reiter has indicated interest in attending the January worksession in <br /> an initiative to meet local officials. He asked if the meeting with the delegation should occur <br /> prior to their next session. <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski stated she felt waiting until January of2001 may be too late so she <br /> would prefer the meeting occur prior to the start of the session or early in the session. <br /> Councilmembers Grant and Larson stated their support to schedule a meeting prior to the start of <br /> the session. <br /> Mayor Probst suggested the Council hold further discussion at the December 18, 2000 <br /> work session and asked staff to contact the delegation to determine the dates they would be <br /> available. <br /> Mayor Probst stated his intention to have a draft of the 200 I appointments before the Council at <br /> the December 18, 2000 worksession. <br /> .
