�r_ <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2025-012 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING AWARD OF CONTRACT <br /> FOR THE SOUTH TOWER IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the South Tower Improvement Project, <br /> bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to the law, and the following bids were received <br /> complying with the advertisement: <br /> BRZ Coatings, Inc $347,000.00 <br /> TMI Coatings, Inc. $441,000.00 <br /> Classic Protective Coatings, Inc. $588,130.00 <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS,it appears that BRZ Coatings,Inc.of Tarrant,Texas is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ARDEN HILLS, <br /> MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract <br /> with BRZ Coatings of Tarrant, Texas in the name of the City of Arden Hills for the South Tower <br /> Improvements Project according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City <br /> Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
