I age Ha II <br /> <br />Call to Order <br /> <br />The meetinq was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Crepeau. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br /> <br />Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Counci Imen Olmen, <br />Hollenhorst, Crichton and Herrick. <br /> <br />Absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Also Present: Clerk Administrator Charlotte McNiesh, Engineer <br />lund, Fiscal Consultant Peter Popovich. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARIN~ - WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-1 <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau opened the public hea,lng at 7:05 p.m. (minutes <br />of hearing attached to Resolution No. 73-32). <br /> <br />After it was determined that al I questions and comments had been <br />heard, the hearing was closed at 7:17 p.m. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARIN~ - STREET IMPPOVEMENT NO. 72-3 <br /> <br />Mayor Crepeau opened the public hearlnr at 7:18 p.m. (mInutes <br />of hearing attached to Resolution No. 73-33). <br /> <br />After It was determined that all questions and comments had been <br />heard, the hearinq was closed at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Ho!lenhorst moved the adoption of Resolution No. 73-32, Resolution <br />Adopting and Conflrminq Assessments for Water Improvement No. 72-1. <br />Motion seconded by Councilman Herrick; the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Councilman Hollenhorst moved the adoption of Resolution No. 73-33, <br />Adoptino and Confirming Assessments for Street Improvement No. 72-3. <br />The motion was seconded by Counci Iman Olmen; motion carried unan- <br />imously. <br /> <br />Adiournment <br /> <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m. <br /> <br />~~~ <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />Clerk Administrator <br /> <br />
