<br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />TEMPORARY SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br />CASE NO. 72-58 <br /> <br />The undersigned, Acting Clerk-Administrator of the <br /> <br />Village of Arden Hills, does hereby certi fy that this Tempor- <br /> <br />ary Special Use Permit is granted pursuant to the provisions <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 99 of Arden Hi lis in accordance with a publIc <br /> <br />hearing duly held by the Planning Commission on January 9, <br /> <br />1973 and subsequent approval thereof by the Arden Hi lis <br /> <br />Counci I on March 12, 1973. <br /> <br />Permission is accordingly given for the installation of <br /> <br />a 1,000 gallon propane tank on surface mounts, with a protec- <br /> <br />tive fence, as described, and in accordance with plans sub- <br /> <br />mltted by the applicant, International Paper Company, at 1300 <br /> <br />Red Fox Road, in Arden Hi lis, which property is legally <br /> <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br /> <br />The N. t of the N.W. ! of the S.E. ! of Sec. 27, <br />T. 30, R. 23, except the Northerly 240 feet of <br />the Easterl y 150 feet. <br /> <br />This Temporary Special Use Permit is Issued for Instal- <br /> <br />lation of the above-described tank at this time, pending Councl I <br /> <br />approval of plans for burial of the tank or landscaping plans. <br /> <br />in the spring of 1973, at which time a Special Use Permit <br /> <br />wi II be issued. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Dated at Arden Hills, Minnesota, this 12th day of March, <br /> <br />1973. <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN HI LLS <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />~ OO;e'OLL <br /> <br />Charlotte McNiesh <br />Acting Clerk-Administrator <br />
