Zehm. <br /> <br />~proval of Minutes <br />The MInutes of the Regular Council Meeting of Oecember 26. 1972. <br />were approYed as amended. <br /> <br />Ramsey County Open Space Project - Mr. Larry Holmberg <br /> <br />A review of the proposed 191 acre open spuce project In Arden Hills <br />was presented by Mr. Holmberg. Project Planner, Ramsey County Open <br />Space System. and a map of the proposed land acquisition was shown. <br />which Includes four0~lsting hONes. Mr. Holmberg stated that these <br />homes mey remain a$ long as the home owners desire; the home owners <br />will not be fo~cod to move. He saId that the County proposes to <br />acquire the vacant land as soon as possible; eventually these four <br />homes shou~d ~lso be included In the park system. <br /> <br />M~5. Rysgaard, 3947 Rolling Hllds Road, asked the~pe of buffer pro- <br />posed to protect prIvate property from snowmobilers. <br /> <br />!1!..
