<br /> The Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of December II, 1972,
<br /> were approved as amended.

<br /> Sewer Permit Request for Arden Manor Mobile Home Court
<br /> Attorney Richard Copeland, representing Mr. and Mr$. James Adams and
<br /> Twin Parks, Inc. , requested Council approval of the Issuance of sanltarv
<br /> sewer permiTS, bef,ore January I, 1973, for the additional 200 mob I Ie home
<br /> pads to be constructed in the Arden Manor Mobile Home Court.
<br /> Attor .conslderable discussion, R. Herrick moved, seconded by J. !to Ilen-
<br /> horst~ that the YI~Uage Issue sanitary sew.r permits for the 200 mobile
<br /> home ~nlts, as of December 26, ~972, to Twin Parks, Inc.
<br /> In further discussion, the Councl! determined that the Village should
<br /> be held harmless If additional costs ara Imposed ..e the Issuance of
<br /> these permits at this time, and that no construction shoul~ be permitted
<br /> unt II the Special Use Permit fol' the development.ls Issued.
<br /> R. Herrick amended his motion by adding the following: any additional
<br /> charges imposed by the Metro Sewer Board re Twin Parks, Inc., will be
<br /> re-submltted to Twin Parks, One., for reimbursement to the VJ Ilage. .
<br /> The amended motion was seconded by J. Holienhorst and carried unanlmouely. 1:

<br /> Attorney Copeland stated that they (Mr. and Mrs. Adams and/or Twin Parks, ,
<br /> i nc.) II I! I reimburse the Village for any additional costs which may be
<br /> Incurred by the VllOage re the Twin Parks sewer connection charges. Mr.
<br /> Copeland was requested to direct a ~etter to this effect to Village
<br /> Administrator StrOmquist, which he agreed to do.

<br /> Council of his desire to resign as electrical Inspector tor Arden Hills,
