Call <br /> <br />Present: Meyor Crepeau, Counc I I men 0 I men ,Ho i lenhorst, <br />Henderson end Harrlck <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />.~ ~ Also Present: Clerk Administrator Lorraine Stromquist, Treasurer <br />Richard O'Kelly, Attornay Vincent P. Courtney, <br />Engineers Donald Lund and Donald Christoffersen <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes .j <br /> <br />The minutes of the Rogular Council llIeetlng of October 30, 1972 were i <br />approved as amended. The minutes of the Special Council meeting of <br />November 8, 1972 w,re approved as submitte~. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY VINCENT P. COURTNEY <br /> <br />~mendment to Ordinance No. 151 <br /> <br />The final draft of the ordinance was reviewed by Attorney Courtney <br />and changes requested by the Council were noted. <br /> <br />The Counci I determined that events such as school carnivals, etc. <br />will be regulated by permit Instead of license; perllllt requlrelllents <br />to be detal led In a Councl I resolution. Clerk Administrator to pre- <br />pare a list as discussed earlier by the Council. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Herr-Ick, seconded by Olmen, that AN ORDINANCE <br />AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 151 BY ESTABLISHING AN AMENDED TABLE OF LICENSE <br />FEES AND IMPOSING CERTAIN INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS be approved as alllended, <br />that this be considered as a third and final reading, and the Ordinance <br />be adopted as read. Motion carried unanimously~ <br /> <br />Ordinance ReQulatlnQ Foods <br /> <br />Attorney Courtney reviewed the final ordinance draft and noted changes <br />which were made at the request of the Council. <br /> <br />After discussion, the Council determined that smal' roadside stands i <br />sel ling apples, vegotables. etc. wi Ii be regulated by permits established. <br />by Village resolution. <br /> <br />Motion was'made by Henderosn, seconded by Olmen, that AN ORDINANCE <br />REGULATING AND LICENSING THE HANDLING, STORING. PREPARING, AND <br />OFFERING FOR SALE OF GROCERIES, VEGETABLES, FRUITS, MiLK AND DAIRY <br />PRODUCTS. BAKERY GOODS,CANDY AND MEATS. WHETHER RETAIL OR WHOLESALE, : <br />illLUOING SALE THEREOF BY IT'NER~NT VENDORS, AND. PROVIDING PENALTIES <br />~.'. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
