They asked that the speed limit <br /> be reduced on T.H. 51 In this vicinity. <br /> Youth Services Bureau <br /> Mayor Crepeau reported notification from the Village of Mounds View <br /> that they do not Intend to partlclpete in the Youth Services Bureau <br /> program In 1973. Glenn Beggln, Chairman fo the Board of Directors, <br /> presented the Council with an oral report concerning the prograM, and <br /> the activities of the program director. The Council Indicated to <br /> Mr. 8eggln that a written report on the matter would be desirable. <br /> Federa I Revenue Sharln!l <br /> Meyor Crepeau reported a letter from Governor Anderson, dated Oct. 4, <br /> 1972, whiCh briefly outlined procedure and distribution of federal <br /> revenue sharing funds for the State of Minnesota. The Governor asked <br /> . thet counties and municipalities In 1973 follow these principles when <br /> sucn funds are received: <br /> A. Property taxes will not be Increased. In those <br /> Instences where there has been an Increase In the <br /> tax base because of revaluation, thel~ should be <br /> a corresponding reduction in roi II rete. <br /> B.
